Let’s start things off with a roar! When you head deep into the woods, there’s always a chance you may run into our first monster. It’s Sasquatch! Or Bigfoot, if you prefer.
Sasquatch is a pretty lonely guy we think, especially with no color in his life. He could definitely use your help to brighten up his world out there in the forest. Since this is a night scene we think you could do some great contrast here with light and dark colors.
Maybe you can choose some dark markers for a fully black sky. Then some bright yellow or even metallic silver for those stars and the moon. And what about the Sasquatch himself? Should he be brown? Sandy blonde? Black? It’s all up to you.
You could also add some serious color to this one. Maybe that night sky is blue, and the grass is all vibrant green? And who says a Sasquatch can’t be red or purple or orange? That’s your call to make.

How’s this for a great mix of cute and creepy? The Mothman is an urban legend just like Sasquatch and the two of them are clearly some of the most fun members of the Kawaii Kingdom.
Just imagine all the ways you could approach this page. You have the chance to go for some great contrast here. And maybe use things like negative space! Maybe Mothman can be white and placed against a really bold background. Or just the opposite.
The flowers and the little jewels on Mothman’s head mean you could use a lot of really bright color accents here if you want. Maybe even some metallic touches. Or, because it’s kind of a dreamy scene, you could go really soft with pastels or watercolors too.
